Swift Gift #4

Happy Monday!  I am in such a festive mood.  Hubby and I knocked out almost all of our Christmas shopping and my favorite part wrapping comes next.  But first I thought I would share another Swift Gift with you all.

This one I thought turned out so cute, I started with a plain inexpensive plastic tub from the $ store, and added a name to the front using my cricut and just plain old contact paper from walmart.    I plan on filling it with some of my other Swift Gifts.  Sorry no before pictures again.

Here is a close-up of the lettering. I used my white roll of contact paper to cut the name and applied it to the front of the container     .

The black circles are some of the vinyl that I also bought at the $ store from another project I'll be sharing later.
I hope you enjoyed this one as much as I did.  It was very quick and inexpensive.  It can be used year round, add a beach towel and some lotion for a quick birthday gift.  Or fill it with a friends favorite treats!

  1. This is a great idea. I love using something other than a typical box or bag for wrapping a gift. This will be so useful, and a box would just be thrown away.

  4. What a great gift idea! I didn't realize I could use regular contact paper with the cricut! I look at the vinyl every time I go to the store and can't bear to pay for it, so this really makes me excited! Thanks for linking up to my Saving Christmas party!
