Eighteen25 and knew I had to make some of these. They say (Happy Easter to one of my favorite peeps) This site is full of great ideas. There version had 4 in each bag, but I had a ton of these smaller bags so I had to shrink done the topper, I cut out some cardstock 3 x 6. Folded it the long way. The flowers are some felt ribbon I bought at Michael's, I cut out the flowers individually added a brad to the middle and stapled them to the plastic bags.
The best part is that they made someone smile!
